Shipping & In-store Pick-up

Orders over $160 (pre-tax) in Canada are eligible for free shipping!  For orders under $160 a flat rate of $10.99 applies to Western Canada and a flat rate of $12.99 applies to Eastern Canada. 

Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days of purchase, however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control and during promotional events, shipping may take a little longer.

For the lettermail shipping option, this only applies to small flat items that are less than 2cm thick and fit in a manila envelope.  There is no tracking attached to this shipping option, so Pitter Patter Boutique is not responsible for the item if it gets lost in transit.  Lettermail shipping times are totally dependent on where you live in the country as there's no quoted shipping times when dropped off at Canada Post.  I do take a picture of the envelope at Canada Post with a date stamp so if you'd like to see the proof that it has been shipped, you will need to reach out and inquire, as I can't include it in the fulfillment email to you.

At this time we are no longer shipping to the United States due to the tariffs imposed by the US government.  I'm sorry but it's not feasible for us to ship to the US when the majority of our profits are eaten up by tariffs

All orders shipped to addresses outside of Canada are Final Sale.

If you are local to the Comox Valley, we offer FREE local pickup.  

For the Comox Valley, pickup is usually available within 24-48 hours of purchase at 1960 Hearthstone Way in Comox (instructions for pickup will be emailed when item is ready).

Unfortunately for my amazing Bulkley Valley customers, I can no longer offer FREE local pick-up, as I'm not receiving enough orders regularly to pay for weekly shipping to Smithers.  In addition, I'm struggling to find a consistent and safe location for pickup.  Lettermail shipping (for small flat items) is now available and I do offer tracked shipping for $10.99 within BC.
