Shipping & In-store Pick-up

Orders over $170 (pre-tax) in Canada are eligible for free shipping!  For orders under $170 a flat rate of $10.99 applies to Western Canada and a flat rate of $12.99 applies to Eastern Canada. During big promotional events, a flat rate of $10.99 applies to all orders - NO FREE Shipping is available during those times.

Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days of purchase, however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control and during promotional events, shipping may take a little longer.

At this time we are no longer shipping to the United States due to the tariffs imposed by the US government.  I'm sorry but it's not feasible for us to ship to the US when the majority of our profits are eaten up by tariffs

All orders shipped to addresses outside of Canada are Final Sale.

If you are local to the Comox Valley or Bulkley Valley, we offer free local pickup. 

For the Comox Valley, pickup is usually available within 24-48 hours of purchase at 1960 Hearthstone Way in Comox (instructions for pickup will be emailed when item is ready).

For Bulkley Valley customers, all orders submitted throughout the week will be mailed to Smithers on Mondays and once your items have arrived, you will be notified and pickup will be available.  We are just finalizing the details for a pickup location and process.  Will have more details in the next couple days.
