Shipping & In-store Pick-up

Orders over $189 (pre-tax) in Canada are eligible for free shipping!  For orders under $189, a flat rate of $11.99 applies in Western Canada and $12.99 applies to Eastern Canada and the US.  During big promotional events, a flat rate of $11.99 applies to all orders - NO FREE SHIPPING AVAILABLE)

Shipping times are typically 4-8 days, however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control and during promotional times shipping may take a little longer. 

At this time we are no longer shipping to the United States due to the tariffs imposed by the US government.  I'm sorry but it's not feasible for us to ship to the US when the majority of our profits are eaten up by tariffs

All orders shipped to addresses outside of Canada are Final Sale.

If you are local to the Bulkley Valley or Comox Valley (or passing through town) and are able to pick-up in-store, we ask you to select "Local Pick-up" at time of checkout.  Purchases can be picked up in our local Smithers store (3825 2nd Avenue) between the hours of 10am-5pm Monday-Saturday (excluding holidays) and at our Comox location at any time (residential address).  We will do our best to have your items available for pick-up within 1 business day, although if items require transfer between location, pickup can take up to 5 business days.
